Pre-Installation Nite
The organizing team headed by Muhendaran, ATMG, embarked on this project 2 months ago. His team comprised of Lourdes, DTM, Lucky, ATMB, Ivan Fong, CTM, Chandran, CTM and Shanmugam, CTM. Each team member played his role well and extended his full cooperation.
The team had few meetings prior to the function to discuss the details of the function.
Installation Nite
22nd September 2007 was the day. The day started as early as 10 am for Muhendaran, Chandran and Shanmugam who were at NAGA’s to supervise the arrangement of tables and decorations. We left the place at about 11 am.
The function started at 7.30 pm with a crowd of slightly over 50 people. It was a well organized event. We had a lot of games in which the audience took part and enjoyed themselves. Among the games conducted were charade, flashcards and BINGO! We also gave away a lot of lucky prizes ranging from free stay in resorts to small goodies. We made sure all who attended had something to take home, lots of fond memories or gifts.
The highlight of the evening was of course the installation ceremony of the 2007-2008 Club Oficers:

The members of the club pledged their support to the incoming EXCO.
Ivan Fong did a commendable job as the MC.
The crowd thoroughly enjoyed the function. Feedback / comments from members the next day included many thanks for a very enjoyable event.

The Awards for Best Dressed Male and Female went to Chandran and Rema Paul respectively.
Overall it was a successful event.
